Cash & Carry Kitchens Installation Process: How We Make Your Dream Kitchen a Reality

At Cash & Carry Kitchens, we’ve been designing, manufacturing, and installing kitchens in Ireland for nearly 50 years. Our expert designers and skilled fitters are passionate about creating beautiful, functional kitchens that last a lifetime.

With 17 showrooms nationwide and our very own installation team, we make the entire process simple, efficient, and stress-free.

Why Choose Cash & Carry Kitchens for Your Installation?

Unlike many kitchen retailers, we don’t rely on third-party contractors. Instead, we have our own professional kitchen fitters who know our products inside and out. This gives you:

  • A one-stop-shop service – from design to installation.

  • Pre-assembled kitchens – no flat packs, no quality issues.

  • Minimal disruption at home – most kitchens are fitted in just 1–2 days.

  • A dedicated Customer Project Coordinator (CPC) in every showroom for after-sales support.

Step-by-Step Kitchen Installation Process

1. Book a Free Design Appointment

Start by meeting one of our experienced designers in your local showroom. Bring along a simple sketch of your space using our Kitchen Planner  – this helps our team create an initial design tailored to your home.

2. Professional Site Survey

Before your order is finalised, one of our expert fitters will visit your home to carry out a pre-fit technical survey. This ensures your new kitchen will fit perfectly and look exactly as planned.

3. Manufacturing in Cork

Your kitchen is made-to-order at our factory in Castlemartyr, Co. Cork. Every unit is fully assembled here before being delivered to your home, saving you time and hassle.

4. Fast and Efficient Installation

Our professional installers will fit your new kitchen quickly and efficiently – often in just 1–2 days, depending on the size of the space. Larger kitchens may take slightly longer, but our pre-assembled units make the process faster than flat-pack options.

5. After-Sales Care

Once your kitchen is installed, your local Customer Project Coordinator will be available to help with any questions or adjustments. We pride ourselves on standing by our customers long after the installation is complete.

FAQs About Kitchen Installation

Do I need to measure my kitchen myself?

Not exactly. A simple sketch with rough measurements is enough for your first design consultation. Our team will then carry out a full professional survey to ensure accuracy.

How long does it take to fit a kitchen?

Most kitchens are fitted in 1–2 days thanks to our pre-assembled units. Larger kitchens may take longer, but our team works quickly to minimise disruption.

Do I need to remove my old kitchen?

Yes, it’s best to have your old kitchen removed before our installers arrive. This ensures the fitting process starts smoothly.

The Dereham style was perfect because it has that classic look that I love but it's contemporary too. It's my favourite room in the whole house and every time I walk in it puts a massive smile on my face.
